Our Team

Shirley has been a coach and an organizational development expert for over two decades. 

Starting off as an Airforce operations officer in the Israel Defense Forces, working to understand how to drive top performance through an intentional, intense culture of professional development. Using this knowledge, Shirley moved on to becoming a business executive, marrying her knowledge of people and performance with strategy. 

In addition, Shirley has worked as an executive coach at Harvard Business School Executive Education for the last decade, using her vast knowledge and extensive coaching experience in applying psychological methods to business settings.

Shirley holds a Law and Economics Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
